My bus back home got delayed by at least a half hour today because of this crowd at the train station. A bunch of guys were running around in the street chanting because there was a football (soccer) match tonight between Brighton and Crystal Palace. Apparently the two teams are rivals and so a lot of people were drinking in the pubs, getting ready for the game! But, they created a huge ruckus and a bunch of police came to try and contain them. There were even horses and police dogs! Some guys also started fighting and ice packs were given out. This picture is from when I was just sitting on the bus and waiting for the road to be clear.
